Welcome to Tailbound. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tailbound.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products We make reasonable efforts to display our products, including colors and details, as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will show colors accurately. All product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Prices are listed in EUR and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.
4. Shipping Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tailbound is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under EU law in your country of residence.
